Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of financial advisors. Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of financial advisors to achieve sales targets and professional growth. Provide ongoing mentorship, and support to team members to foster a high-performance culture. Build strong relationships with clients by offering expert advice on financial planning, tax strategies, and risk management. Identify new business opportunities and expand client base through networking and community engagement. Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative strategies that meet clients' evolving needs. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales or financial services management preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of financial services. Ability to motivate a team and foster a collaborative work environment. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
