Job Description
Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of seniors? We are seeking a dedicated Sales Director to join our team at our senior living community. As a Sales Director, you will play a key role in driving business development, ensuring brand awareness, and contributing to the success of our community.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the senior living community exceeds monthly deposit and move-in goals outlined in the yearly budget. Develop and implement effective business strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive community growth. Collaborate seamlessly with team members through strong verbal and written communication skills.Essential Duties:
Schedule, organize, and conduct tours for prospective residents and their families. Respond promptly to website leads, walk-ins, phone inquiries, and mail-in inquiries. Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, prospects, families, and healthcare professionals. Coordinate and assist with monthly events, open houses, marketing activities, and special projects designed to generate leads and promote the community. Conduct a minimum of 40 territory visits per month to support business development and generate referrals. Make and/or exceed 200 voice-to-voice calls per month to prospects, families, and referral sources. Work toward achieving a minimum of one deposit per week, contributing to the goal of 4-5 move-ins per month. Plan and coordinate monthly events, open houses, and special marketing activities for prospects, families, and healthcare professionals. Collaborate with the Executive Director and Regional Sales & Marketing Director to develop and implement quarterly marketing plans. Execute sales strategies, monitor results, and adjust activities as needed to achieve occupancy goals. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date lead generation and marketing database. Assist with marketing initiatives, special projects, and community outreach. Complete sales and administrative paperwork accurately and efficiently. Support a positive, professional, and welcoming experience for prospective and new residents.Qualifications:
1 year of experience in senior living. Sales experience is required. Passion for assisting seniors and contributing to their well-being. Strong multitasking abilities. Team player with excellent public relations skills. Positive, respectful, and professional approach in all interactions. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and marketing lead generation databases. Skilled in telephone presentations for scheduling tours and appointments.Work Schedule:
