Job Description
Overview We're looking for a positive, motivated candidate to join our Service Team as a full-time, in-office Customer Loyalty Specialist. This 40 hour a week in office role will allow someone who is best at providing high levels of service, solving problems, and working as a part of a championship team. No prior experience in insurance is needed as long as you are a thirsty learner, humble, and excited to grow more relationships and be a part of a championship team. The primary objective of the Customer Service Representative is to maintain our current customers. This will include setting up reviews, servicing accounts, and continue to add lines to current customers. Service Existing Customers- Insurance is built on maintaining our customer base and we have a lot of already existing deep customer relationships.
- The number one place we can obtain new business is from current customers.
- This role will facilitate reviews, changes, and updates to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction. Auto Claims, Commercial, and Life Specialization
- This role will be the primary contact for all open auto claims. The candidate must be able to show empathy, problem-solve, and communicate proactively and directly with both insureds, adjusters, and vendors.
- Will be the primary contact for commercial service & support of the commercial team
- This role will regularly interact with the American Family Life Insurance Company about pending policies & policy service. Will also be primary point of contact for pending life inside of the agency. Help Customers Feel Heard in a Tumultous Market
- Execute proactive rate change process with all customers to educate them on healthy expectations about what is happening in the insurance market.
- Work to solve problems on the first phone call to build loyalty to the agency.
- Work as a team to assure extreme accountability for all problems to be solved in a timely manner.

to 5 PM 2 to 4 Trade Shows Out of Town Per Year 2 to 4 Weekend Days Per YearCOMPENSATION A
successful candidate will earn between $48K to $52K with base, commission, and bonus year 1 Base Salary is $44,000- 48,000
