This senior leadership role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, leading regional sales teams, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple markets. The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with extensive experience managing large field sales organizations, developing high-performing teams, and delivering consistent results. You will play a key role in shaping the future of the program while fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the Door-to-Door sales program across multiple markets, ensuring achievement of revenue, customer acquisition, and profitability objectives. Lead, develop, and mentor Regional Sales Managers and senior field leaders, creating a high-performance culture focused on accountability, execution, and continuous growth. Serve as the primary senior point of contact for clients, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring alignment on business goals, performance expectations, and growth initiatives. Lead regular client business reviews, executive presentations, and performance meetings, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations. Develop and execute annual and quarterly sales strategies to drive market penetration, customer acquisition, and long-term business growth. Analyze sales performance, field productivity, market trends, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and mitigate risks. Collaborate with executive leadership, operations, recruiting, training, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of program objectives. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), sales forecasts, budget targets, and operational benchmarks to drive sustainable growth. Identify expansion opportunities and develop strategic initiatives to increase market share within existing and new territories. Oversee workforce planning, organizational structure, succession planning, and leadership development across the sales organization. Ensure consistent execution of sales standards, customer experience expectations, and compliance requirements across all markets. Prepare and deliver executive-level reports, business insights, and strategic recommendations to clients and senior leadership teams. Champion innovation and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance sales effectiveness, operational efficiency, and overall program performance. Maintain a strong field presence through regular market visits, leadership meetings, and client engagements to support business objectives and strengthen partnerships. Qualifications 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience. 5+ years managing multi-level sales organizations. Proven track record of leading large distributed sales teams and exceeding revenue targets. Strong experience in customer acquisition, territory growth, and sales strategy execution. Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Strong analytical, financial, and business planning capabilities. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to travel regularly within assigned markets.
