The Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations, coach and develop sales professionals, manage inventory and pricing strategies, and work closely with dealership leadership to maximize performance. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team. Meet and exceed monthly sales and profit goals. Assist with customer negotiations and deal structure. Monitor leads, follow-up, CRM activity, and sales performance. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Manage daily sales operations and team accountability. Qualifications Automotive sales or management experience required Strong leadership and communication skills. Proven sales and customer service experience. Ability to motivate and hold a team accountable. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and good driving record. Ability to work evenings and weekends.
