Job Summary:

Join our team as a Soft Serve Ice Cream Shop Team Member and be part of creating delightful experiences for our customers. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality soft serve ice cream and excellent customer service. Responsibilities:

Soft Serve Preparation:

Operate soft serve machines to produce high-quality, delicious ice cream products. Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency in flavor and texture. Monitor and adjust machine settings as needed to achieve optimal results.

Customer Service:

Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and a friendly demeanor. Provide product recommendations and answer customer inquiries about flavors, toppings, and specials. Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Maintaining Cleanliness:

Keep workstations, equipment, and serving areas clean and sanitized. Perform routine cleaning tasks throughout the shift to uphold hygiene standards.

Cash Handling:

Process customer transactions accurately using the cash register. Handle cash and other forms of payment with honesty and integrity.

Topping and Presentation:

Decorate soft serve creations with various toppings, sauces, and garnishes according to customer preferences. Pay attention to detail to ensure visually appealing and Instagram-worthy ice cream treats.

Stocking and Inventory:

Monitor inventory levels of ice cream mix, toppings, and supplies. Assist in restocking and organizing inventory as needed.

Team Collaboration:

Work cooperatively with other team members to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow. Communicate effectively with colleagues and management.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
