As the first and last point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming experience while supporting the daily operations of our pharmacy. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to accuracy, professionalism, and teamwork. We are currently hiring for multiple locations, including Birmingham, Morris, Fairfield, and Springville, Alabama. Compensation:
$12 - $15 hourly
Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting every customer, answering questions, processing transactions accurately, and creating a friendly, professional experience. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process prescriptions, over-the-counter purchases, payments, refunds, and daily cash reconciliation with accuracy. Support pharmacy operations by assisting with prescription pickup, maintaining patient confidentiality (HIPAA), directing workflow, and communicating effectively with pharmacists and technicians. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked front end by merchandising products, restocking shelves, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring the store is presentation-ready. Contribute to a positive team environment by assisting coworkers, completing assigned tasks efficiently, and following all company policies, safety procedures, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
