  • $20 an hour
  • Part-time, Full-time Island Ice Cream in Gulf Shores, AL is looking for one shift lead to join our team. Our ideal candidate is responsible, friendly, motivated, and engaged. This is a tipped position. Pay starts at $10
  • 12 and hour depending on experience, plus tips. Tips are shared and are an average of $5
  • 10+ an hour during our busy times.
We are looking for someone who wants to work 30-40 hours a week during the Summer season and potential to expand into Fall and Winter if interested. You will be helping customers check out, makeing coffee and sodas, dipping ice cream, making sundaes and milkshakes. Cleaning during downtimes is a requirement.
