Duties Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit Operate POS systems to process orders accurately and efficiently Handle cash transactions, give correct change, and manage cash handling procedures with integrity Assist with delivery of food to tables and packing to-go orders, taking phone orders Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain food safety standards by following sanitation protocols and proper food handling procedures Support food industry operations by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and ensuring a tidy environment Maintain the cleanliness of the store by performing daily and weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks. Maintain regular and punctual attendance. Perform other duties as assigned. Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly without sacrificing quality Contribute to a fast-paced quick service or fast food restaurant environment by staying organized and proactive Qualifications Previous experience in food service + cashiering, Familiarity with POS systems such as Spot ON POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently in a quick service or fast food restaurant setting while managing multiple tasks Experience in food preparation or kitchen environments is advantageous but not mandatory Must be dependable, punctual, and able to stand for extended periods during shifts Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests!
