Job Summary Join our team as a Team Member - Service/Cashier, where you will be the friendly face and efficient operator at our service counter. Your energetic approach will ensure every customer receives exceptional service, whether they're ordering food, making a purchase, or seeking assistance. You'll be responsible for delivering quick, friendly service while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. No experience required!! Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, attentive service at the cashier station and food prep areas Operate POS system for sales transactions and order processing Prepare food items efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Upsell menu items or products to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Handle cash, credit card transactions, and perform basic math calculations with accuracy during checkout Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining area, and food handling zones through bussing and sanitation practices Assist with food preparation tasks including assembling orders, stocking supplies, and ensuring quality standards are met Support team members in serving customers quickly during busy periods in a quick service or fast-food restaurant setting Skills Experience in food service, cashiering, or retail environments with strong customer service skills is preferred, but not required.
