Site Support Technician Location:
Peoria, AZ (Multiple Sites)
Type:
6-
Month Contract-to-Hire Pay:
$28-$29/hr (W2)
Conversion Salary:
Approximately $60,000 annually (based on experience)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
ET Work Environment:
Onsite 5 days per week We're looking for a Site Support Technician to join a growing IT team supporting multiple healthcare locations throughout the Philadelphia area. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working directly with end users and solving technology issues in real time. You'll support clinical and administrative staff, troubleshoot a variety of hardware and software problems, and serve as a trusted local IT resource across multiple sites. Reliable transportation is required, as travel between locations will be part of the role. What You'll Be Doing Provide onsite IT support for clinic and office staff Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and workstation issues Support nurses, physicians, and administrative teams with day-to-day technology needs Resolve support tickets and document solutions appropriately Install, configure, and replace end-user devices and equipment Travel between local facilities to provide technical support when needed Support user onboarding, equipment setup, and general desktop support activities What We're Looking For 3+ years of IT Support, Desktop Support, or Help Desk experience Experience providing hands-on support directly to end users Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and operating systems Excellent customer service and communication skills Reliable transportation for travel between sites Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities By submitting to this position, you are agreeing to be included in our talent pool for future hiring for similarly qualified positions.
