The ideal candidate should be dependable, able to work independently, and comfortable completing cleaning, stocking, and general store-support duties throughout the night. Responsibilities Provide friendly and professional customer service. Assist customers with purchases and basic gas station needs. Stock shelves, coolers, beverages, snacks, and other merchandise. Organize products and keep shelves neat and fully stocked. Check inventory and notify management when products are running low. Clean and maintain gas pumps and the surrounding fueling area. Empty trash cans inside and outside the store. Replace trash bags and keep dumpster/trash areas clean. Sweep and mop store floors as needed. Clean counters, doors, windows, and other high-touch areas. Keep the parking lot and exterior of the gas station clean. Clean spills and address safety hazards immediately. Maintain restroom cleanliness. Break down boxes and organize incoming merchandise. Help receive and put away deliveries when scheduled. Complete assigned overnight cleaning and stocking tasks. Monitor the property and report suspicious activity or safety concerns to management. Follow all company safety, security, and cash-handling procedures. Prepare the store so it is clean, organized, and fully stocked for the morning shift. Qualifications Must be dependable and punctual. Must be comfortable working overnight hours. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to cleanliness and organization. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to bend, lift, stock, and move merchandise throughout the shift. Must be able to lift approximately 30-50 lbs when needed. Previous gas station, convenience store, retail, stocking, or janitorial experience is helpful but not required. Must be willing to work weekends and holidays when scheduled.
