Your primary responsibility is to ensure every guest receives quick, friendly, and accurate service from the moment they walk in. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a team setting, enjoy interacting with people, and are energized by a fast-moving workplace. Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and with a positive attitude Take customer orders efficiently at the front counter via kiosk/tablet Accurately enter orders into the POS system and handle payment transactions Assemble and bag food and drink orders for dine-in or takeout Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including lobby, sauce stations, and beverage station. Monitor order flow and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure quick service Respond to guest questions and resolve concerns quickly and professionally Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards Support fellow team members during busy periods (e.g., prepping condiments, refilling supplies) Qualifications Previous customer service or food service experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs Willingness to learn and follow store procedures •New hires will go through a training process first before final decision is made!•Looking for weekday morning availibility as well as weekends. Flexible scheduling preffered.
