You'll run the register, help customers check out, and back up the floor team when it's quiet. No experience needed. We train you on the clock, and someone will be with you at the till for your first week. What a typical shift looks like Shifts are 6 to 8 hours. Openers 9am to 5pm, mids 11am to 7pm, closers 2pm to 10pm. Full time is 5 shifts a week, part time is 3 or 4. Schedules go up two weeks ahead and weekends rotate. You'll count your drawer, work the till, handle returns and exchanges, and restock the front of the store when there's no line. Mornings are steady, late afternoons and weekends are busy. You're on your feet most of the shift and lifting up to 25 pounds now and then. What matters to us Showing up on time, because the register can't be left unstaffed. Counting accurately and speaking up if your drawer is off. Being easy for customers to talk to. Noticing when something needs doing and just doing it. The details that count Pay is $18.00 to $20.00 an hour, starting at $18.00. Paid every two weeks. On site in Culver City, CA. Full time and part time both open, with some evening and weekend availability needed.
