Core Responsibilities Welcome guests with friendly, genuine hospitality Take guest orders accurately while helping stoke out their meal with add-ons and recommendations Deliver food quickly, correctly, and in a clean, presentable way Help create a fun, high-energy atmosphere for guests and teammates Keep the dining room, expo area, and front counter clean and organized Clear tables and assist with maintaining a smooth guest flow Support teammates during busy shifts and jump in wherever needed Handle cash and operate the POS system accurately Follow food safety and sanitation standards Complete assigned side work and cleaning tasks Help make every guest feel like a local regular Qualifications Previous restaurant or guest service experience preferred Positive attitude with high energy and strong people skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while staying calm under pressure Strong communication and time management skills Reliable, punctual, and ready to be part of a team Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy rushes Comfortable standing and moving throughout the shift Ability to read menus, safety information, and operational materials Down-to-earth personality with the ability to stay focused and get things done Physical Requirements & Working Conditions Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move continuously throughout scheduled shifts; lift and carry up to 50 pounds; use hands and arms for serving, cleaning, and operating equipment; and work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
