Provide service / support of front of house operations, including but not limited to:
Taking accurate food orders from customers (face-to-face / phone / tablet ) Maintaining salad bar:
Replenishment of items that are running lowCleaning of any spilled food items on / surrounding salad barReturning salad bar food items to refrigeration at restaurant closingOperating cash register:
Drawer managementCash count (at beginning / end of shift)Inputting of credit card & cash orders into PosNetActive communication with back-of-house (BH) team (cooks, cut & wrap team members)Inputting 3rd party pizza orders (DoorDash, GrubHub, UberEats) into point-of-sale system (PosNet)Greeting in-store customers in a friendly manner & serving food from BH to tableOngoing bussing & cleaning of tablesSweeping of dining room floors & mopping (upon closing)Daily spot cleaning of restrooms / thorough cleaning once a weekPerforms other related duties as assigned
