Duties Greet customers warmly and take accurate food orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Process cash transactions quickly and accurately, ensuring proper change is given and receipts are issued. Assist in food preparation when needed, supporting kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while providing friendly recommendations. Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation standards, food safety protocols, and proper food handling procedures. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, supporting overall food service operations. Manage retail sales transactions smoothly, balancing cash register drawers at shift end and reconciling discrepancies promptly. Qualifications Prior experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, with the ability to process transactions accurately. Demonstrated food handling and safety management skills, including sanitation practices. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Culinary experience or food industry background is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
