The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while processing transactions accurately and efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle cash and operate a Point of Sale (POS) system. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance throughout their shopping experience. Operate the POS system to process transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing. Maintain a clean and organized workout area. Upsell products by providing information on promotions and product demos. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with excellent phone etiquette. Skills Proficient in using POS systems for efficient transaction processing. Previous supervising experience is a plus for leadership opportunities. Experience with product demos to engage customers effectively. Strong communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members. Knowledge of retail sales techniques, including upselling strategies. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
