Requirements & QualificationsEducation & Experience High school diploma or GED equivalent Prior cashier or restaurant experience preferred 1+ year of experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems preferred Familiarity with third-party delivery platforms (Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, Postmates) preferred Skills & Abilities Strong math skills with high accuracy in cash handling Strong command of English (Spanish bilingual is a plus) Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently under pressure Professional and clear communication skills with customers and team members Comfortable using technology and digital tools Ability to answer phones, process orders, and assist guests efficiently Positive attitude with a strong sense of urgency Team-oriented mindset and willingness to support overall operations Commitment to cleanliness and maintaining a sanitary work environment Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Must have a working phone for operational communication Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide menu guidance as needed Accurately process all customer transactions and orders Ensure all orders are entered correctly and prepared in a timely manner Deliver consistent, professional, and friendly customer service Maintain cleanliness and organization of front-of-house and dining areas Complete daily checklists and required documentation accurately Support team members and assist with additional duties as needed
