Duties Prepare and assemble deli items with precision, ensuring quality and presentation meet company standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient sales transactions Handle cash and credit card payments accurately while providing friendly cashier service Assist customers with their selections, upselling products to enhance their experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food handling and kitchen surfaces Restock deli items, organize displays, and ensure products are fresh and appealing Support food safety protocols by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines Buss tables, clear counters, and assist with general store upkeep to ensure a welcoming environment Skills Proven experience in food preparation or food service environments, including quick service or fast food restaurants Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for smooth transactions Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate register operations Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices within the food industry Experience in cashiering, serving, bussing tables, or working in grocery stores or cafes is highly desirable Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude to support collaborative work dynamics Join us now to be part of an energetic team that values your enthusiasm and dedication!
