Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Staff Member to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests with their needs. Operate the POS system efficiently for order taking and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization in both the Auditorium and the Concession Assist in food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards. Collaborate with fellow employees Handle cash transactions accurately while following proper cash handling procedures. Requirements Must be willing to work weekend and holidays. We are open 365 days a year and need staff to accomodate that schedule. Previous experience in customer service is preferred. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math tasks. Basic computer skills (Windows) Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting. Willingness to help others and contribute positively to the overall team dynamic.
