A Head Cashier manages all checkout functions including ensuring adequate staffing levels on checkouts, the processing of sales transactions and refunds, monitoring cash drawer amounts and maintaining the checkout area. Head cashier provides first level escalation for customer issues and assists in the supervision and training of cashiers. Head cashier may also be responsible for opening or closing procedures of a store, including alarm operation, unlocking store and setting up of checkout area.

Job Description Pay Range:
$19.50-21.73 / hour As a Lead 1, you will play a pivotal role in supporting your team by ensuring a vibrant, professional, and efficient work environment. You will lead by example, setting the standard for kindness and en-chuzey-asm in every aspect of our operations, with a strong focus on enhancing the member experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Set and maintain Chuze standards in customer by welcoming and interacting with all members Complete daily cleaning tasks and ensure gym presentation is always extraordinarily clean Assist in all aspects of front desk operations, including membership sign-ups, retail presentation, amenities, answering phones, point-of-sale transactions, and making smoothies, if applicable Train all front desk employees and maintain knowledge of best practices and policies found in in-person coaching, Learning Management System (LMS) paths, and Harassment Prevention training Support running daily shift operations such as breaking employees for lunches, delegating and following up on cleaning responsibilities, and successfully completing opening and closing responsibilities Support in troubleshooting member inquiries and partner with management for escalated concerns Assist in administrative tasks such as member management software reports, inventory counts and managing club email Attend and participate in regularly scheduled team meetingsPerks & Benefits Include:
