G.U.E.S.T.
Service Standards. Cover the Standards of Introduction appropriately with each guest while positively selling suitable aspects of the Glenwood Hot Springs Resort and ensuring the accuracy of transactions processed. Reporting and Accountability The Pool Cashier reports to, and is accountable to the Pool Manager, Lead Cashier and Assistant Pool Manager and in their absence, to the Head Lifeguard or Manager on Duty. Authority The Pool Cashier has the support and authority necessary to carry out the responsibilities and tasks described in this job description and other responsibilities of the Pool, as delegated by the supervisor or manager. Physical Requirements Adequate physical agility to perform the physical tasks required of the Pool Cashier. Ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 30 lbs. Ability to communicate clearly and quickly verbally and in writing and read and follow instructions in English. Educational Requirements HS diploma or equivalent. Other Requirements At least one year experience in cashier operations, including ability to handle cash and other forms of payment accurately Broad knowledge of all GHSR facilities and Glenwood area attractions Diagnostic, problem solving and decision making skills Computer data entry skills Provide exceptional guest service by executing Glenwood Hot Springs Resort

Service Standards, including selling and cross selling all of the products available throughout the entire property to enhance our guests' experiences. Willingness to cross-train in other departments as assigned and provide help and support to other departments, including covering breaks and/or shifts if requested. Other duties as assigned. Work Hours and Days The Pool Cashier's work hours and days are variable and must include evenings and weekends.
