Each fall we host our Pumpkin Patch, Carnival, and Fall Festival —a lively, family-friendly event filled with food, fun, and fall traditions. We are seeking enthusiastic customer services Associates / Market Cashiers to join our team for the fall season. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to help create a welcoming, memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with purchases and questions Operate the POS system, process payments, and issue receipts accurately Assist customers with pumpkins, roasted chiles, produce, and other farm market items Stock shelves, restock displays, and keep the market organized Support Fall Festival and Carnival operations as needed, including: Ride operations and guest assistance Grounds maintenance and trash pickup Parking lot direction and customer flow General festival setup, cleanup, and guest support Help maintain a clean, safe, and festive environment Work as a team to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere for all guests Be willing to assist in different areas of the farm and festival as needed Experience & Skills Previous customer service or cashier experience preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Comfortable with cash handling and basic math Friendly, dependable, and comfortable interacting with guests of all ages Ability to work outdoors in sun, heat, dust, changing weather, and busy festival conditions Must be able to stand for extended periods and regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
