A day in the life:

Provide excellent customer service to all store patrons; greet customers in a welcoming and polite manner. Direct customer service staff to ensure responsive and efficient customer checkout, keeping lines to a minimum at all times. Perform opening/closing procedures according to established policies. Communicate regularly with Department Managers on customer feedback and opportunities. Accurately perform all register functions, process transactions, and follow security procedures. Open to working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
