What they do

A Head Cashier manages all checkout functions including ensuring adequate staffing levels on checkouts, the processing of sales transactions and refunds, monitoring cash drawer amounts and maintaining the checkout area. Head cashier provides first level escalation for customer issues and assists in the supervision and training of cashiers. Head cashier may also be responsible for opening or closing procedures of a store, including alarm operation, unlocking store and setting up of checkout area.

We are seeking a Guest Experience Ambassador to provide exceptional service and create memorable experiences for our guests. What You'll Do Sell admission tickets, program tickets, and museum memberships Accurately balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift Greet and assist visitors with tour options and materials Support museum programs and events What We're Looking For Professional, engaging communication skills Experience with point-of-sale systems and cash handling Tech-savvy and comfortable with computers Bilingual skills are a plus (not required) Requirements High school diploma or GED Minimum one year of customer service and cash handling experience Flexible schedule with weekend and holiday availability Ability to stand for long periods and lift 5-15 lbs Commitment to a minimum 3-day rotation
