Duties Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately Manage food service customer orders, ensuring timely preparation and delivery Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment to ensure a safe and sanitary environment Handle cash register operations, process cash and card payments, and accurately process cash transactions Support food handling procedures in accordance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during food preparation shifts Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments preferred Proven skills in cashiering, retail sales transactions, and food service customer order management Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Culinary experience or background in the food industry is a plus Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques Experience operating kitchen equipment and supporting food preparation activities Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing Previous grocery store or café experience is beneficial but not required Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable guest experiences through exceptional service, quality food, and a lively atmosphere.
