A Head Cashier manages all checkout functions including ensuring adequate staffing levels on checkouts, the processing of sales transactions and refunds, monitoring cash drawer amounts and maintaining the checkout area. Head cashier provides first level escalation for customer issues and assists in the supervision and training of cashiers. Head cashier may also be responsible for opening or closing procedures of a store, including alarm operation, unlocking store and setting up of checkout area.

We are also looking for ice cream makers and cashiers that can serve customers at a fast rate with good customer service skills. We are mainly looking for weekend help for closing shifts (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). Limited availabilities for weekdays. If you can work weekend closing shifts, you'll be given priority hours for the weekdays. We are also looking for consistent and reliable morning shift staff as well. We are also looking for a consistent night time shift lead / manager. All training is done in house on a daily basis. We will shadow trainee shift lead / manager for the first 2 weeks, once trainee has learned all basic knowledge on how to properly shut-down equipment and lock store, they will be approved as lead/manager. •To become manager, you must have a valid ServSafe Certificate•
