YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR CASHIER

The cashier, whether in the restaurant lobby or the drive thru, is the first person our guests interact with! We are looking for friendly, engaging cashiers / front of house team members to perform the following job duties: Responsibilities of a Cashier /

Front of House Team Member:

Greeting customers when entering and leaving the premises Taking orders on the drive thru headset Taking orders on the point of sale in the lobby Interacting with all guests in a friendly manner Managing transactions using a cash register Balancing the cash register Accepting payments in cash, credit or check Providing change and receipts Filling drinks and making shakes Processing returns and refunds, and resolving customer complaints Upselling and cross-selling when appropriate

Requirements:

Front of House Team Member Job Requirements:

At least 18 years of age Experience with POS systems and cash registers Basic computer knowledge Good math skills Excellent communication skills Ability to multi-task Ability to effectively resolve complaints No restaurant experience is required; we will train you!
