Shift :

Full-time opportunity. We're looking for a reliable, motivated Shift Lead / Head Cashier to help oversee daily operations during assigned shifts. In this key role, you'll lead by example, delivering outstanding customer service, mentoring team members, and ensuring smooth store operations. Duties/Responsibilities:

+ Greet every customer with a smile, thank them for their business, and invite them back. + Perform cashier duties, including ringing up sales, applying promotions, and ensuring accuracy.. + Provide fast, friendly service and promote store products and services. + Maintain store cleanliness, including sales floor, coolers, pumps, and foodservice areas. + Stock, rotate, and label shelves, coolers, and displays. + Manage food service and beverage programs to maximize sales and compliance. + Check in vendors and communicate as needed. + Lead completion of key store tasks and support special projects. + Assist with schedule adjustments and communicate changes to the Store Manager. + Partner with Store and Assistant Managers to coach and motivate team members. + Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (alcohol, tobacco, Lotto, etc.). + Perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills/Qualifications:
