Assist with meal preparation for various service types such as dine-in, takeout, or catering events. Support the team in ensuring food safety management by adhering to hygiene protocols and safety standards in production. Handle customer transactions accurately at the cashier station while providing friendly service. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate orders and ensure timely delivery of meals. Qualifications Prior experience in food industry roles such as dietary aide, dietary department, or restaurant service is preferred. Knowledge of food safety standards, handling procedures, and kitchen equipment operation. Strong knife skills and slicing techniques for efficient food prep. Experience with menu planning, recipe adherence, and meal preparation processes. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with kitchen staff and serving customers effectively. Catering experience or familiarity with food industry safety standards is a plus.
