Cashier/Front-of-House Duties:

Greet customers warmly and provide a smooth, efficient checkout experience. Take orders accurately in person and over the phone. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash, credit, and mobile payments. Package orders correctly and ensure accuracy before serving or handing off to delivery drivers as well as to customers doing dine-in or carryouts. Maintain cleanliness of the dining and cashier areas, including counters, tables, and beverage stations. Proactively check in with customers during their visit to ensure satisfaction Encourage customers to share their experience through reviews and feedback channels

General Duties:

Work as part of a team to provide fast, efficient service. Assist with opening, closing, and shift change procedures. Follow all health, safety, and restaurant policies. Help with basic prep and restocking duties, such as refilling dips, sauces, utensils, and other front-line items throughout the shift. Perform other duties as assigned by the manager. Qualifications Previous restaurant or fast-food experience preferred but not required (training provided). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once. Customer-first mindset with a positive attitude Strong communication and customer service skills. Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must be able to stand for extended periods.
