New York Style Pizza, Pizza by the Slice, and Sandwiches/Small bites. Base Pay $18/hour with Pooled Tips for all hourly employees. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their shopping experience Food handling pizza by the slice and related garnishes for quick service transactions Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales transactions efficiently Handle cash register operations, including cash handling, cash drawer management, and balancing registers at shift end Assist customers with product questions, product demos, and upselling opportunities to enhance sales Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, restock supplies, and ensure merchandise is properly displayed Support stock replenishment and merchandising efforts to keep the store inviting and well-stocked Use strong communication skills to address customer inquiries via phone etiquette or in person, ensuring positive interactions Assist in prep projects for expo items, sides, portioning takeout cups. No experience require, happy to train the right individuals with an eye for detail and a strong ability to maintain guest satisfaction. Food handlers certificate will be required as Cashier position handles pizza by the slice reheating and upsell toppings.
