Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Cashier and food service candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while accurately processing transactions and building guests orders. This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions with accuracy. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their purchases. Upsell products and promote special offers to enhance sales. Maintain knowledge of store inventory and assist with stock management as needed. Build guests orders, grain bowls, salads & smoothies. Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and well-stocked. Perform prep and side work throughout the shift. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction. Assist in training new cashiers and supervise their performance as required. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or as a cashier is preferred. Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling. Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members; bilingual skills are a plus. Proven ability to upsell products and contribute to sales growth. Food service, preparing guest orders is preferred. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
