Responsibilities Operate and maintain scale equipment to ensure accurate weight measurements of commodities. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and product information. Handle cash transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy in cash handling and cashiering duties. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the scale area. Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems effectively for transactions and inventory management. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on communication and phone etiquette. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse customer base. Proficiency in using POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
