In this role, you will deliver exceptional service by preparing and serving food quickly and accurately, managing customer orders with enthusiasm, and maintaining a clean, welcoming workspace. Your positive attitude and efficiency will help create memorable experiences for every guest while supporting daily operations. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in food service, cash handling, and team collaboration in a lively setting. Responsibilities Operate POS systems such as Toas POS to process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Manage food service customer orders from start to finish, including taking orders, upselling menu items, and handling cash register transactions. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit. Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies, monitoring food safety standards, and supporting food handling procedures. Experience Prior experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS for processing transactions accurately. Strong time management skills to handle high-volume periods while maintaining quality standards. Experience in retail sales transactions, cashiering, upselling techniques, and customer service excellence. Basic math skills for cash handling, processing payments, and giving accurate change.
