What they do

A Head Cashier manages all checkout functions including ensuring adequate staffing levels on checkouts, the processing of sales transactions and refunds, monitoring cash drawer amounts and maintaining the checkout area. Head cashier provides first level escalation for customer issues and assists in the supervision and training of cashiers. Head cashier may also be responsible for opening or closing procedures of a store, including alarm operation, unlocking store and setting up of checkout area.

Pay:

$13.00 - $14.00/hour + Tips (Tips average an extra $2-$3/hour! )

Cashier (Crew Member)

The Vibe:

Be the face of the brand! You'll greet customers, take accurate orders with a smile, and help prep and bake our famous golden-brown pretzels.

Teamwork:

Work alongside a great crew to keep the energy high and the pretzels fresh.

Requirement:

Must be at least 16 years old. Crew Lead (Shift Leader)

The Vibe:

Take charge! You'll direct restaurant operations when the Manager is away, ensuring top-tier food quality and workplace safety.

Leadership:

Assist with training new team members and monitor breaks and scheduling.

The Basics:

You'll still be "in the dough," helping prep, bake, and serve our amazing products.
