Job Summary The Cashier/Front Staff is responsible for greeting customers, taking orders accurately, handling payments, and ensuring a smooth and friendly customer experience. This role also supports food packing, light prep, and maintaining cleanliness in the front area. 2. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Order Taking Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude. Take orders accurately at the counter or POS system. Answer customer questions about menu items. Provide fast and efficient service during peak hours. Cash Handling Process payments (cash, card, digital). Handle transactions accurately and responsibly. Follow store procedures for cash drawer management. Food Packing & Support Pack food and drinks according to order tickets. Ensure orders are correct before handing them to customers. Assist barista and kitchen staff when needed. Cleanliness & Organization Keep the front counter, dining area, and drink pickup area clean and organized. Refill napkins, utensils, and supplies as needed. Follow all food safety and hygiene standards. 3. QualificationsSkills & Experience Customer service or cashier experience preferred, but training is provided . Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Basic POS or cash handling skills are a plus. Personal Qualities Friendly, patient, and professional. Strong communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented.
