Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team here at Adrenaline Action Park. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. This position involves various tasks, including assisting children at attractions, talking with parents and children, interacting with children on attractions. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests and addressing their needs promptly. Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions accurately, and manage cash handling procedures. (some) Maintain your attraction and area cleanliness Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and maintain high standards of service. Follow all health and safety regulations while on the clock. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Experience in sales or retail math to assist with transactions effectively. Knowledge of all attractions Ability to operate all attractions Proficient in cash handling procedures and operating a cash register. (maybe) Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team environment. A proactive attitude towards upselling products to enhance customer satisfaction.
