Cashier Responsibilities:

Maintain a clean and safe checkout area while adhering to store policies on cash handling and security procedures. Participate in inventory counts and assist with stocking new products as they arrive. Promote a positive shopping experience through friendly communication skills and proactive customer engagement. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred, especially with cashiering duties. Proficiency with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math is essential. Strong communication skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customers effectively.
