A Head Cashier manages all checkout functions including ensuring adequate staffing levels on checkouts, the processing of sales transactions and refunds, monitoring cash drawer amounts and maintaining the checkout area. Head cashier provides first level escalation for customer issues and assists in the supervision and training of cashiers. Head cashier may also be responsible for opening or closing procedures of a store, including alarm operation, unlocking store and setting up of checkout area.

Job Description

Smoothie King Raceland is seeking a Team Member! Part time position available. If you are interested in working in a fun and energetic environment while helping others become more health conscious, Smoothie King is the place for you. MUST be available to work any shift during the week & weekends. (7am-3pm, 10am-7pm, and 2pm-9pm) Deliver the highest quality product and service to our Guests Lead by example and exemplify the Smoothie King standards of service and cleanliness at all times Ensure timely completion of the Daily Checklist throughout the shift Open, complete shift change, and close the location per Smoothie King's standards Communicate effectively with Management, the Guests, and fellow Team Members Achieve goals set forth by the Manager, and help ensure that other Team Members are also striving to reach the location's goals Become knowledgeable on all of Smoothie King's smoothies and ingredients Must have the ability to suggestively sell Must be punctual Must be available to work various shifts per week including nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary Must be personable with guests Hours per week: 10-18 18-25

Monday to Friday Weekends required (not all weekends)
