The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and will play a key role in ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This position involves taking orders, handling cash transactions, and maintaining food safety standards while working in a dynamic environment. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide prompt service at the counter. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing the Aloha POS system. Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Handle cash transactions, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and providing correct change. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area, adhering to food safety guidelines. Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring quality standards are met. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment and service. Requirements Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a quick service fast food restaurant or retail environment. Strong upselling skills with an understanding of sales techniques. Basic knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen operations. Proficiency in cash handling and familiarity with retail math concepts. Experience using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
