Dolcella Sales Associate (Multiple Locations) As a Dolcella Sales Associate, you will play a key role in creating delightful chocolate experiences for our guests across multiple kiosk locations . You'll be the face of our brand, welcoming customers with warmth, serving our signature chocolate-covered strawberries, and helping every visitor leave with a smile.

Responsibilities Customer Service Excellence:

Greet guests with genuine enthusiasm and hospitality. Assist guests in selecting the perfect chocolate treats and create a warm, memorable experience.

Product Knowledge:

Learn and share details about our premium chocolates, chocolate fountains, and signature items.

Visual Presentation:

Maintain an elegant, inviting kiosk display. Restock products and ensure everything looks fresh and appealing.

Sales & Transactions:

Process sales accurately through the POS system and promote specials or seasonal items.

Hygiene & Food Safety:

Follow all health, hygiene, and food safety guidelines at all times.

Teamwork:

Collaborate with team members to keep kiosks running smoothly across locations.

Multi-Location Support:

Travel to and work at a minimum of two different Dolcella kiosk locations as needed to support operations. Important Location Requirements This position requires availability to work at multiple Dolcella kiosk locations, including: Burlington Mall Rockingham Mall Mall of New Hampshire Pheasant Lane Mall Square One Mall Cambridge Side In-person interview at our Pelham, NH office is mandatory Qualifications Previous retail, food service, or hospitality experience preferred Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Reliable, organized, and detail-focused Flexible schedule availability (weekends, evenings, holidays) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Ability to travel between multiple kiosk locations as needed

From $18.00 per hour
