Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Cashier to join our retail team! In this vital role, you will be the face of our store, delivering exceptional customer service while efficiently handling sales transactions. Duties Operate the cash register and POS (Point of Sale) system accurately during retail transactions Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments with precision, ensuring proper cash drawer handling Assist customers with product demonstrations and explain features to enhance their shopping experience Upsell products and promote store promotions to maximize sales opportunities Stock shelves, organize displays, and support merchandising efforts to maintain an attractive store environment Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone or via online channels Requirements Previous experience with POS systems and cash register operations is preferred Fluent in English and Chinese Strong communication skills in both verbal and written forms; bilingual abilities are a plus Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership in a retail setting is advantageous Knowledge of retail math, basic math skills, and cash handling procedures Ability to perform retail sales transactions efficiently while providing exceptional customer service Familiarity with retail store product knowledge and merchandising techniques Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours as needed Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on phone etiquette and customer engagement Join us if you're passionate about creating positive shopping experiences!
