Job Description

Job Summary Weekend Only 15 to 20 hours combined. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stocker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining organized inventory levels, stocking shelves, and ensuring the smooth flow of products within our stockroom and retail floor environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as heavy lifting. Experience with retail or grocery store operations are a plus. No experience necessary if you are ready to learn. The Stocker plays a vital role in supporting sales, customer service, and overall store or warehouse efficiency. Responsibilities Manage inventory control by accurately stocking and organizing products using Inventory Management System. Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, including shelving, aisles. Assist receiving activities, ensuring timely processing of incoming goods Support merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively on shelves to maximize sales potential. Perform stock replenishment to ensure product availability for customers or production needs Assist customers to carry merchandise to their car when needed. Operate cashiering systems when needed and provide excellent customer service in retail settings Conduct inventory management tasks, including stock counts and cycle counts using organizational skills and retail math principles Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure safety protocols are followed Qualifications Prior warehouse experience or retail sales background preferred but not required. Familiarity with inventory management systems & receiving procedures. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout shifts Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, merchandising, and inventory control tasks Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interactions Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends & evenings if needed; punctuality is essential This position offers an engaging work environment where your organizational skills and physical effort directly contribute to the success of our operations. Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 20.0 per week
