Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience Operate the cash register (POS system) accurately for retail sales transactions, including cash, credit, and mobile payments Handle cash drawer operations with integrity, ensuring proper cash handling and balancing at shift end Assist customers with product questions, demos, and upselling opportunities to enhance their purchase experience Maintain knowledge of store products and merchandising to support customer inquiries and promote sales Stock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure an attractive and accessible store environment Practice excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Requirements Prior experience with POS systems, cashiering, or retail sales is highly preferred Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership in a retail setting is a plus Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities, to serve diverse customer needs effectively Ability to perform basic math quickly and accurately for cash handling and retail math calculations Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising, and stock management procedures Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and proactive approach Familiarity with phone etiquette, upselling techniques, and product demos to engage customers effectively Ability to stand for extended periods, lift light merchandise, and work flexible hours as needed Join us in delivering outstanding service while developing your retail expertise!
