Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Experienced Cashier to join our vibrant hospitality team! Your expertise in guest services, and POS systems will be essential in creating a warm and organized environment. Responsibilities Handle all cash and card transactions accurately using restaurant POS Greet every guest with a great attitude. Understand and impliment Spinnakers' allergy protocols. Make soft serve ice cream orders. Provide attentive guest services by answering phone calls with proper phone etiquette. Support food safety standards by adhering to hygiene protocols during transactions and guest interactions Pack take-out orders. Hand out beverages. Hand out dine-in orders. Requirements Proven experience as a cashier in a restaurant or food service environment, with strong knowledge of POS systems Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle phone communication professionally and courteously Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing cash drawers Strong organizational skills to manage multiple guest requests simultaneously Knowledge of food safety standards and hospitality best practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Able to stand for enitre shift and walk safely in the service area.
