A friendly checkout brings them back. Nitsche's Meats & Deli is looking for a dependable cashier who can keep the line moving, make customers feel welcome, and handle a busy moment without losing their cool. You don't need a stand-up routine—just a warm hello, attention to detail, and a little personality.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Greet customers and ring up purchases accurately.
  • Handle cash and card payments carefully.
  • Bag purchases with care and help customers with basic questions.
  • Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and ready for the next rush.
  • Help with light stocking and work with the team to keep the shop running smoothly.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • A friendly, reliable person who shows up ready to help.
  • Comfortable with basic math and learning a checkout system.
  • Someone who pays attention, communicates clearly, and treats customers and coworkers well.
  • Cashier or customer-service experience is welcome.

This is an in-person, part-time position in Shelby Charter Township offering 12-18 hours per week at $15
