Nice Juicery is looking for a motivated and hands-on Juicery Manager to lead our daily operations and team with energy, reliability, and a passion for wellness. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values quality and customer experience, and leads by example. Must be 18+ years old! Must have managerial experience. Food service Industry experience preferred .

Starting Pay:

$20-$25 an hour based on experience Training provided by the owner and shift leads

Key Responsibilities:

Juice Pressing & Food Preparation Operate juicing equipment and prepare food items with a focus on quality, cleanliness, and efficiency. Ensure all products meet brand standards and health regulations. Customer Service Excellence Provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all customers. Address inquiries and concerns with professionalism and enthusiasm to ensure a positive guest experience. Team Leadership & Mentorship Serve as a role model for junior and new team members. Offer hands-on training, guidance, and support to foster team cohesion and ensure smooth onboarding. Operational Support Take initiative in completing prep work, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with health and safety standards. Shift Leadership Lead by example during shifts by coordinating team efforts, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a productive and positive work environment. Inventory Management & Ordering Conduct daily mini inventory checks to monitor key stock levels and identify immediate needs. Perform twice-weekly full inventory audits to track usage trends and minimize waste. Cleanse Program Coordination Handle all cleanse-related communication, including customer inquiries, scheduling, and customization. Oversee cleanse shipping logistics, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of cleanse packages. Nightly Juice Numbers & Reporting Record and review nightly juice production numbers to track output, identify trends, and inform next-day planning. Problem Solving & Initiative Remain flexible and innovative when unexpected issues arise. Take the lead in proactively and independently resolving operational challenges. Escalate to the owner only when necessary, after attempting appropriate solutions. Innovation & Growth Mindset Stay open to new ideas and improvements in processes, products, and customer experience. Encourage a culture of creativity and continuous improvement within the team.
