Responsibilities Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle phone calls from customers and manage extra tasks. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues that arise. Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed. Conduct product demonstrations to promote sales and enhance customer engagement. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance. Utilize math skills for accurate pricing. Experience Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions. Strong phone etiquette is essential for handling customer inquiries effectively.
